These backgrounds underscore the animosity that exists between the Open Source movement and Microsoft these days, not that any of it is lost on Microsoft; Steve Ballmer has sound bites and has been quoted all over the web about how Microsoft is going to answer Open Source, if at all. Good times; computing hasn’t been this interesting in a while, in the end it makes for a better world for consumers.
